3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
4. Refund Process
Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be issued through one of the following methods, based on your preference:
